I'm going on a diet. I've actually been on this one before, but I'm doing it foreal this time. I'm only blogging about it for accountability to my {4} blog readers. I need accountability. That's where I failed last time. My diet buddy last time was Eddie. He had pizza on diet days 1-7. This time my diet buddy is Chanel; something tells me she'll be a better/more will-powered dieter.
So today and tomorrow are the best days of my life. We're instructed to eat nothing but fried foods, fat, sugar, and then 10x more. Something about shocking the system when we actually start the diet on Saturday. Then once Saturday comes we're taking the HCG drops everyday. Accompanied by 500 cals of food. Those 500 cals come from protein and veggies.
I usually like to be a closet dieter so I won't get derailed, but I mean business this time so I'm telling everyone. I'm mainly doing it to prove that I can, since it's so difficult.
The best part about it is that Chanel and I are taking before and after pictures. We took the before shots yesterday in our swimsuits. they were nice. I contemplated putting them up here for REAL accountability then decided against it. But they'll be blown up in our rooms in roughly 8x10 size for motivation. Here's to willpower!
